Sushi & Sake

In this fun class learn how to prepare rolls while sampling sake!
Chef Michelle (Owner and operator of Boston’s Beaujolais Catering) teaches you the basics of preparing sushi rice, pickling vegetables and combining them into Maki rolls using seaweed and bamboo mats) All rolls will be gluten free and vegan friendly. You will also learn how to make Asian ginger Dressing!
Put your skills to the test by preparing your own Rolls. We supply the lesson and an assortment of ingredients and you create your own roll. Enjoy your creation with wasabi, pickled ginger and a side salad with Asian ginger dressing.
Learn Sake Martinis basics and a few fun variations. Cucumber Saketini anyone? You will be given a live demonstration and sample these crafty creations.
Please bring a bottle of your favorite Sake or bottle of your choice if you care to indulge in more than samples! We will provide the additions for sake and just glassware and ice for anything else!
Due to the small batch craft nature of our classes and the prep work involved, we are unable to offer refunds or rain checks on any of our specialty classes.
You must bring a valid ID for admittance as this class is 21+
